摘要
焊缝自动跟踪是由传感器、调节器、执行机构三个部分组成的闭环反馈系统,其中传感器是关键也是难点,传感器的基础研究涉及了电磁、光学、气压等传感理论。电磁传感器的焊缝自动跟踪系统,在生产实践过程中不断得到改进,开发了一种新型的焊缝自动跟踪控制设备,对设备的功能、工作原理及试验结果作了较详细的阐述。
