摘要 焊缝自动跟踪是由传感器、调节器、执行机构三个部分组成的闭环反馈系统,其中传感器是关键也是难点,传感器的基础研究涉及了电磁、光学、气压等传感理论。电磁传感器的焊缝自动跟踪系统,在生产实践过程中不断得到改进,开发了一种新型的焊缝自动跟踪控制设备,对设备的功能、工作原理及试验结果作了较详细的阐述。 Follow the tracks of welding seam voluntarily is a closed-loop feedback systems that is formed of the sensor and the regulator and the executive body, the sensor is key and difficulty among them, basic study of the sensor involves electromagnetism, optical, barometric pressure sensor theory and so on. This writings put forwards follow the tracks of welding seam voluntarily of electromagnetism sensor, which is improved continuously among product practice, a new equipment of follow tracks of welding seam voluntarily is exploited. It depicts the function, the operating principle and experiment result respectively.
