我国行政诉讼受案范围历来受到批评。中国加入世贸组织,对行政诉讼受案范围将产生重大影响。如何应对 WTO 的挑战,并以此为契机,推动我国行政诉讼受案范围的改革,是学术界关注的热点。本文就这一话题谈谈粗浅的认识。

In China,scope of administrative litigation has received a lot of criticize.China's entrance to WTO will have great impact on scope of administrative litigation.How to meet the challenge after the en- trance to WTO and how to advance the reform of scope of administrative litigation are becoming a hot topic in the studies of this field.This paper is trying to discuss these problems.
