硫酸锌水合物催化合成癸二酸二丁酯的研究

Catalytic Synthesis of Dibutyl Sebacate by Hydrate of Zinc Sulfate

以硫酸锌水合物为催化剂催化合成癸二酸二丁酯 ,确定了酯化优化条件。试验结果表明 :在催化剂 2 .5g,癸二酸 0 .0 5 mol,丁醇 0 .3m o L,反应时间 90 min的条件下 ,癸二酸的酯化率 96 .5 %。

The hydrate of zinc sulfata was applied to esterificat io n of sebacic acid with butyl alcoho. The reaction conditions were studied. The o ptimum condition was as follows: the catalyst 0.25g, sebacic acid 0.05mol, butyl alcohol 0.3mol, reaction time 90min. Under the optimum condition, the yield of esterification was 96.5%.
