摘要
叙述NCT2 0 0 0型航空煤油常温液相精脱硫剂性能特点与工业应用。NCT2 0 0 0型航空煤油常温液相精脱硫剂其外观 :淡灰白色 ,淡绿色 ;外形尺寸 :直径为 2 .9～ 3 .2mm ,长度约 4～ 1 5mm ;堆密度 :0 .7～ 0 .9kg L ;比表面积 :60～ 1 0 0m2 g;孔容 :约 0 .2mL g;径向抗压碎强渡 :≥ 40N cm ;活性组分 :ZnO +助剂 ;穿透硫容 :≥ 8.5 %。NCT2 0 0 0型航煤常温液相精脱硫剂已在镇海炼化炼油厂两套大型生产装置上获得成功的工业应用 。
This paper described the commerce application and performance of NCT2000 desulfurization agent for jet fuel refining at normal temperature and liquid phase. The physical properties of the agent are as follow: light grey and white or light green with size of 14～15 mm and (2.9～3.2 mm, and the bulk density is 0.7～0.9 kg/L. Their specific surfaces are 60～100 m 2/g with the pore volume are 0.2 ml/g, and the crush strength is (racial) ( 40 N/cm. The main active component in this agent is ZnO combined with other additives, and the breakthrough sulphur content is larger than 8.5 wt.-%. This agent has been successfully used in two large units of Zhenghai Refining Chemical Co. Ltd Refinery Plant and the performances were very good.
