带呼吸阀对拱顶罐的影响及对策

摘要 通过对扬子石化公司贮运厂成品车间 3台装有呼吸阀的重芳烃拱顶罐运行过程中存在的事故隐患进行分析 ,认为这 3台拱顶罐生产运行中呼吸阀吸气量偏小 ,应加大呼吸阀口径 ,或改造为铝浮盘内浮顶罐 。 The existence of potential accident, during the operation of 3 aromatic tanks with relief valves, was observed in the product workshop of the storage & Transportation plant in Yangzi Petrochemical Company, and the countermeasures were thus proposed in this article. It is strongly suggested to enlarge the diameter of relief valve because of its deficient breathing capacity, or to modify these tanks into the new ones with internal floating roofs made of aluminum, in order to ensure the safe operation.
