茶皂素的脱色研究

茶皂素的提取一般可分为水提取法和有机溶剂提取法 ,这两种方法生产的茶皂素颜色深 ,影响了其使用价值。为此 ,对茶皂素的脱色进行了研究 ,采用 5种方法进行比较 ,确定了最佳脱色方法 ,其最优脱色工艺为温度 6 0℃ ,时间 90min ,加入H2 O2 量约为茶皂素的 5 % ,并对茶皂素脱色机理进行了探讨。研究表明 ,茶皂素的颜色取决于产品中的杂质 ,应避免产品中带入金属离子。

The extraction of tea saponin is usually aqueous extraction and solvent extraction.The colour of tea saponin produced by the two extraction methods is deep,which affect its application.Five methods to decolor tea saponin were studied and the best way and conditions was 60℃,90 minites,5% H 2O 2.Furthermore,the mechanism of decolor was discussed.The results show that the colour of tea saponin is determined by the impurity in the product adsorbing metal ion,in the processing of tea saponin should avoid the metal ion getting into the product.
