为了适应新时期教育改革发展以及人才培养的需要,进一步提高师范院校教育素质,培养符合素质教育要求的教师,必须高度重视教育实习,建立稳定的实习基地,延长见习、实习时间。只有这样,教育实习质量才能得到保障,师范教育才能得到健康发展。
