摘要
简要介绍了清洁生产(Cleaner Production)的概念及国内外发展现状,阐述了在饮料行业推行清洁生产的重要意义,探讨了现阶段在饮料行业可以推行的无/低费、中/高费清洁生产措施。
In the paper, the definition of cleaner production and the current situation of its development at home and abroad are introduced, the significance of the promotion of cleaner production in the beverage industry is stated, and some cost-free/low-cost and medium-cost/high-cost cleaner production measures that can be taken in the current beverage industry are studied to set forth that cleaner production will be an essential approach to the sustainable development of the beverage industry.
