摘要
本文通过分析制造工艺和成分对软磁材料物理性能的影响,筛选出了一种性能较为优良的软磁材料.通过对比试验进行了性能考核.结果表明其使用性能与原有材料相当,但具有明显的经济性能,可以替代原有材料。
This paper analyzes and discusses the influence of various process parameters and ingredients on physical and magnetic properties of soft magnetic materials.A superior material is picked up accordingly for a test contrast with a previously on-server material.Test results show that the selected material functions the same as the original material when heated but displays superior economic advantage and can be used as a substitution.
