The purpose of this paper is to analyze the clearances around the door of Dongfeng EQ1141G by the designing dimension chains.The paper summarizes the establishing method of the designing dimension chains,establishes and calculates two leading chains,draws conclusion that tally with the fact in manufacturing,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
