摘要
论述了现代图书馆应建立市场机制的工资分配制度,以形成图书馆内部分配的自我约束和激励机制,从而加强图书馆的人力资源管理。
This paper discusses that the modern library should establish the wage allocation system suitable to the market mechanism for the purpose of forming a self-restricting and stimulating mechanism inside the library and therefore strengthening the management of human resources of the library.
