Working Situation of Grass-roots Library

针对新时期基层图书馆所面临的经费不足、体制僵化、管理观念陈旧等一系列问题,提出了使基层图书馆走出困境、适应新时代发展需要的若干对策。

This paper expounds a series of problems of insufficient funds, rigid mechanism, outmoded managerial opinion, and etc. faces by the grass-roots library in the new era, and puts forward some countermeasures for library to go out of the difficult position and fit in with the requirements of the development of the new era.
