摘要
研究和实现了 4种基因表达模式的聚类方法 ,开发了基因表达模式分析软件系统 .该软件包含了两两平均连锁聚类法、系统聚类法、自组织特征映射法和模糊聚类等聚类算法 ,其中模糊聚类算法是首次用于基因表达模式分析 .该软件同时具有数据过滤、多种相似性度量选择、聚类方法选择和结果可视化等功能 .对于同一组基因表达数据 ,可通过不同的聚类算法的组合 ,提供更多的基因分类信息 。
A software package for gene expression profile analysis has been contructed. The kernel of the software consists of 4 clustering algorithms including pair-wise average linkage analysis, hierarchical clustering, self-organization feature mapping, and fuzzy clustering which is first applied in the field. Other tools have been integrated into the software, such as data preprocessing, similarity measurement function selection and data visualization. For the same dataset of gene expression profile, this software has been shown as a useful integrated platform to delve into the complex regulatory mechanism based on expression data of organisms.
