摘要
在合理构建站场布局评价指标体系与比选模型的基础上 ,对两层评价指标分别作了定量化研究。其中第一层评价指标如站场布局的适应性、协调性、经济性、方便性、社会性和运作性引证了各国众多公路主枢纽评价定量化的结果。对第二层评价指标如站场规模适应性、站场发展余地、与其他运输方式协调性、与城市总体规划的协调性、车辆出入条件、旅客货主进站便捷性、对环境影响程度、运营管理难易性等评价指标采用负指数方法 ,并应用合理的修正系数对评价值修正 ,将其评价值控制在 0~ 1之间。之后 ,将两层的评价指标进行了综合定量化 。
On the basis of rationally setting up the system of evaluating indexes and selective models in main hub layout, the two layers of evaluating indexes are studied in quantity. In the first layer of the evaluating indexes, for example, the adaptability, harmony, economy, convenience, sociality and performance of station layout, some results of domestic and overseas quantitative research on the evaluating indexes of highway main hub stations layout are introduced. The negative exponent is used in the second layer of evaluating indexes, such as stations scale adaptability, station developing space, harmony with other transport systems and urban general plan, the condition of vehicles in and out, the condition of passengers and owners of cargo coming into stations, the impact on the environment, etc. Then, the values of evaluations are revised by reasonable coefficient. The values will be controlled from zero to one. At last, the two layers are integrated and quantified so that the values results of evaluating indexes are more scientific and more reasonable.
