摘要 提出了一种非迭代分别检测时间序列图像间旋转、平移运动的方法 .该方法基于傅立叶频谱的相位相关特性 ,解决了迭代配准算法中的旋转与平移耦合问题 .通过精心选择参考图像 ,采用基于递归数字滤波的三次B样条插值方法 ,实现了功能磁共振序列图像的快速配准 。 A non iterative method to determine the rotation and translation among the time series images separately is presented, which is based on phase correlation properties of the Fourier spectrum, resolving the coupling problem of roto translation in the iterative registration algorithm. In addition, by selecting the reference image exquisitely, using the cubic B spline interpolation algorithm based on recursive digital filter, this method implements fast sub pixel registration of fMRI time series images.
