摘要
论文研究了异方向导电膜用粒径为 5 .0μm的单分散 (分散系数ε≤ 0 .0 5 )镀金聚合物微球的制备。通过对乳液聚合、悬浮聚合及分散聚合三种工艺的比较 ,确定了优化的分散聚合反应条件 ,成功制备出了粒径为 5 .0 μm的单分散(分散系数 ε=0 .0 2 )聚苯乙烯微球。所制备的聚苯乙烯微球具有良好的球形度 ,且表面光滑 ,无破损、无缺陷 。
The key technology in preparing polymer matrix malerials of anisotropic conductive films is to prepare 5.0μm, monodisperse (coefficient of variation ε≤0.05) polymer microspheres coated with gold. In this paper, the system of emulsion polymerization, suspension polymerization and dispersion polymerization were compared. In optimum condition, 5.0μm monodisperse (coefficient of variation ε=0.02) polystyrene microspheres were prepared by dispersion polymerization. The polystyrene microspheres have good sphericity and smooth intact surface. This kind of well distributed polystyrene microspheres will be applied in surface plating gold.
