诚信亦即动机传达的信息真实可信。诚信是非契约的自我约束,经济活动中缺乏双方的约束力,欺骗可以钻诚信的空子,投资少,受益多,但是暂时的。诚信投资多,受益往往少,但受益是长期的。因为诚信是企业的形象和基础,是赢得市场的法宝,是企业内部的生命活力,是长远的效益和支柱。因此,诚信应该首先从政府及官员做起。培养政府官员和经营者的诚信理念,建立一套市场经济中诚信的规则和制度。让欺骗者付出代价。让诚信者得到张扬。
Credit here means that the information is true and believable. It is non-contract. Some deceivers try to have no credit and get the temporary profits, but the person with credit can have long-termed profit because the credit is image and foundation of an enterprise. It is a magic weapon to have larger market and the force of the enterprise. The credit should be developed among officials and be used to make them hold the consciousness of credit. A set of credit system should be established to punish the deceivers and honor the creditors.
