The basal weather operation system has been made basically for many years,which contain four function modules of meteorological survey,information net,analysis forecast and information service.However,it is a long-term and difficult work to consummate the function of analysis forecast and forecast exactly.Based on numerical forecast and the merit result,establishing scientific and reasonable forecast operation flow is the important link for enhance weather forecast accurate ratio,also continually find and solve the problem appeared in the operation practice.
