摘要
从实验室好氧活性污泥中分离出 1株高效絮凝剂产生菌株 ,鉴定为新月弯孢霉 ,命名为M -2 6.首次发现了新月弯孢霉可产生微生物絮凝剂 .通过设计正交实验找出其影响因素的重要性顺序及较佳的培养条件 .实验结果表明 ,该菌株在高氏培养基 ,初始pH值为 7.0 ,转速为 2 0 0r min和水浴温度为 3 5℃的条件下能产生高效絮凝剂 ,对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率达到
A strain of microorganism named M-26 which produced flocculating material was isolated from activated sludge. Through orthogonal test, the optimum culture conditions were found to be primary pH 7.0, 35 ℃, 200 r/min,cultivated for 3 days in flakes. The strain produced a strong-activating flocculant with flocculating rate of above 97 % against Kaolin clay suspension.
