摘要 配电网主馈线分段开关的设置可以提高系统的可靠性,但它在提高系统的可靠性的同时也增加了系统的投入:如何协调配网的可靠性与投资成本而合理地设置主馈线分段开关,是配电网中必须面对的问题,该文对此问题进行了研究。文中通过对不同情况下某段主馈线上分段开关是否设置对系统停电损失所造成的影响的分析,将主馈线分段开关的可靠性效益与可靠性成本相结合,最终得到了主馈线分段开关该如何设置才使系统的综合经济效果最佳的定理。结果表明:仅在某段不设分段开关与所有段均设分段开关两种状态下系统的年停电损失之差小于分段开关的年费用时,应该在该段馈线首端装设分段开关。文末给出了该定理应用的一实例。 The deployment of the disconnect switches on the main feeder improves the reliability of a distribution system. However, it adds to the investment cost. There should be a trade-off between reliability requirements and investment cost. In this paper, the consequences of outage to the systems with different deployment schemes of the disconnect switches are analyzed and compared. A theorem is proposed on how to deploy the disconnect switches on the main feeder to achieve the best overall benefit. Our study shows that it should be installed a sectional switch at the beginning of the feeder only when the result of the difference of the system's annual outage cost of the two conditions that there is a sectional switch in a certain section and there are sectional switches in all sections is less than the annual cost of the disconnect switch. An application of this theorem is also given.
