摘要
目前,许多企业建立了Web网站.在推介企业产品的同时,一般都进行网上订货,并以提供优惠条件为卖点通过网络招收会员,以期建立广泛的客户关系网络,扩大企业的商机.为了接收网站的订货信息、会员信息等并作处理,通常需要管理人员不时对网站进行查阅并把新信息下载.这种方式既费事,往往也不及时,容易贻误甚至丢失信息而造成经济损失.因此,对企业的电子商务网站建立自动监控机制显得很有必要.
This article gives the suggestion of using the automonitor mechanism in Electronic Business Website. It also presents a practical way to carry out this mechanism. Once the mechanism is build, the business information and Website status can be automatically sent to the enterprise intranet betimes. On the contrary, the enterprise information can be put on the Website as well. Thus the interaction between the Website and the intranet is more intelligent, the management of the Website is more convenient and the most importance is that it greatly benefits the business. Lots of practice has been done to prove the feasibility of this mechanism. It turns out that this mechanism is safe and efficient.
