1引言 目前,无论是对企业内部网、校园网还是对互联网服务运营商如ISP、ICP、IDC等,新的应用和服务层出不穷,使得IP网络的数据流量剧增,尤其是对网络的各个核心部分,都提出了越来越高的性能要求.如何提供一种廉价、有效的方法来扩展服务器带宽及增加其吞吐量,加强网络数据处理的能力,提高IP网络的灵活性和可用性的问题就摆在了我们面前.

This paper puts forward several kinds of basic thought and the applications of balance tactics of network load . These balance tactics raise the answer speed of network server, and increase the utilization efficiency of server and other network resources,and avoid the questions such as one some inefficacy of critical position of network emergence etc.
