摘要
在企业生命周期的不同阶段 ,企业表现为不同的特点。根据这些特点的不同就应有相对不同的激励性报酬制度。本文首先对激励性报酬制度作了一个概述 ,然后在此基础上分析了员工报酬组合确定的原则 ,并重点介绍了长期激励性报酬的种类。最后 ,在分析企业生命周期各阶段特点的基础上 。
During the different stage of Enterprise Life Circle(ELC)the enterprise has different characters by which there should be different Incentive Systems.In this paper the author first overview the Incentive System and then analysis the principle of determining the combination of employee payment.Then the paper introduces the different types of Long Incentive payment.At the end of the paper it put out the corresponding Incentive System base on the analyzing the characters of different stage of ELC.
