摘要
比较了北美电力系统可靠性委员会(NERC)新旧2种控制性能评价标准 CPV 与 CPS/DCS,提出了对现行 AGC 系统基于 CPS/DCS 标准的改造方案,建立了2区域互联电力系统的仿真模型,分析了新控制方式的控制性能效果,仿真结果表明该方法简单可行,为大区互联电网 AGC 达到 CPS/DCS 新标准提供了一种有效控制方法。
This paper compares the two types of AGC control performance standard released by North American Electric Reliability Council(NERC).They are CPC and CPS/DCS.The improvement method of the nowadays AGC system based of CPS/DCS standards is proposed.The simulation model of the two area power system is developed.The new control performance results are discussed.Results of simulation show that the proposed method is simple and available.This new effective control method makes AGC system in the big area power grid reach CPS/DCS standards.
