According to overall target of personal system reformation such as breaking off relations, classifying, transferring power to lower levels and enlivening, how to establish distribution system of the wage, which is not only suited self-feature of institution and can enhance its vigour but also is independent flexible and diversified in management, have become the key of personal system reformation. This paper discusses the significance, basic principle, reforming target and nine methods about deepening reformation of wage distribution system of the institution.
