摘要
分析了乙烯裂解炉辐射段渗碳炉管焊接裂纹产生原因,并针对炉管材料特点制定了焊接工艺,成功地进行了焊接修复。
The reason of cracking occurence in welding carburizing steel tubeswithin radiative zone of ethylene cracking still is analyzed in detail in the paper. Inthe light of characteristics of tube material, the correct welding procedure is worked out aod repair welding is carried out successfully.
