摘要
论述了企业文化产生的背景及其意义 ,企业文化在企业中的地位及作用 ,分析了中国企业文化建设中的误区 ,对塑造企业文化建设提出了建议 :企业文化不是自然形成的 ,而是要通过企业领导的大力倡导、身体力行 ,企业全体成员的共同努力 。
This paper discusses the background, significance, position and function of enterprise culture, analyzes wrong path in the construction of enterprise culture, puts forward suggestion for moulding enterprise culture construction and points out that enterprise culture is formed naturally, it is shaped through long term's accumulation of work under advocating and models of leaders and everyone's great efforts.
