摘要
对设计的弧焊过程中自动排列焊道系统作了介绍。试验表明,该系统可在无人工调整情况下实现弧焊过程中跟踪和排列焊道的自动化,获得X射线探伤Ⅰ级片的优质焊缝:该系统具有通用性,只须对其数据库中的数据做些改动,即可用于多种角度的U、V形坡口接缝的焊接。
The paper introduces an auto-arranging system of welding beads for arc welding process. The experimental results show that the system can easily reach ream tracking and auto-arranging functions for welding beads without the need of adjustment by any operator. The weld quality of the first class radiograph is obtained. It possesses a versatile performance and can be applied to U and V grooves with different angles so long as a little bit changes of its data from data bank.
