精细化管理是饲料加工企业迎接挑战和把握机遇的必由之路。基于精细分解的BPR是精细化管理有效实施的前提,信息化建设则是精细化管理有效实施的技术保障。实施精细化管理要从组织架构、成本管理、市场开拓和人力资源管理等方面进行。要有效实施精细化管理,还必须转变观念,提高认识,统一思想,遵循正确的实施步骤和方法。
Fine management is essential to feed management enterprises in dealing with challenging and opportunity grasping. Business process reengineering based on fine decomposition is the precondition to put the fine management into effect. The fine management should be carried out in the following aspects i.e. organization structure, cost management, marketing and human resource management. The fine management relies on transferred conception, improved understanding, unified thinking , and implementation procedure and method.
