麦类作物青贮饲料营养价值分析 被引量:22

摘要 以两个燕麦品种、两个小麦品种为材料,从开花期每隔10d刈割1次,分别进行风干和青贮,分析了麦类作物不同生长期的鲜草产量、青贮草产量、干草产量、干草粗蛋白产量、青贮草粗蛋白产量和青贮品质、营养成分等。结果表明:麦类作物不同生长期的鲜草产量、青贮草产量、干草产量、干草粗蛋白产量、青贮草粗蛋白产量存在极显著差异,燕麦的最佳青贮刈割期为开花后30d,小麦的最佳青贮刈割期为开花后20d;麦类作物粗蛋白含量随生长期的延长而递减,但不影响青贮粗蛋白总产量的增加,粗纤维含量随生长期的延长而递增;青贮后粗蛋白和粗纤维含量均有不同程度的增加,青贮比风干能更好的减少麦类作物的营养损失,但粗纤维含量的增加对饲料利用率的影响还需进一步的研究。 Two varieties of oat and wheat were dried and ensiled separately at different maturity. The yields of fresh forage, hay and silage which had been harvested at different growing stages were determined, and the differences in their nutrient components were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) the optimum time for oat reaping should be 30 days after flowering, while that for wheat reaping should be 20 days after flowering; (2) the crude protein content of these crops decreased progressively with the extension of their growing periods, while crude fiber content increased progressively with the extension of their growing periods; (3) silage could keep more nutrients than hay.
