The other is the application of new materials and new technology becomes the force sources that full vitality of the trade. The expanding of produce capacity of p-aramid fibre and the commercial use of PEN fibre carcass material are representative symbols of the use of new materials. Otherwise, this article analysis the situation of domestic fibre carcass material industry according to the international fibre carcass material industry and the problems demanding prompt solution presented in this industry.
