三维编织物纱线空间构型的数学表达

摘要 采用示踪棉股线与普通棉股线在四步法编织机上编织6×4和6×6两种类型三维编织物,以较小间距横切编织物后。用QUESTER视频显微系统拍摄截面得到示踪纱截面中心点定位坐标,以三次周期样条插值方法处理经归一化的示踪纱线空间定位坐标,得到同一编织物中不同纱组内纱线在一个完整编织循环中空间构型的数学表达,以此反映矩形截面三维编织物的细观结构。 Tracing cotton ply and gray cotton ply were used to manufacture 3-D 6×4 and 6×6 braided fabrics on 4-step track-and-colurnn braiding machine. The coordinates of the points in axis line of tracing yarn were obtained from the amplified images of continuously cross-section of braided fabric by Quester stereo-microscopy after cut the braided fabric at very small span. Based on the normalizing coordinatess of tracing yam in 3-D Cartesian system, spatial configuration of single yam in braids was described by cubic periodic spline interpolation function. From this description of the yarn spatial configuration, the micro-structural of 3-D braided fabric could be given.
