Study on Chitosan Disposing Mixed Juice in Sulfitation Sugar Mill

本文就壳聚糖处理混合汁的提纯工艺进行了研究,认为壳聚糖与聚丙烯酰胺联合使用具有良好的脱色、除浊效果,并对壳聚糖在制糖工业的应用前景进行了评价。

The purification process of chitosan disposing mixed juice was studied in this paper,better effect of decolorization and deturbidity were reached by combining chitosan with polyacrylamide,and the future of chitosan applied in sugar cane industry was appraised.
