蔗糖直接发酵衣康酸高产菌株的选育

Breeding Strains with High-productivity of Itaconic Acid from Sugar

本文工作以土曲霉NRRL1960为出发菌株,采用Co^(60)、紫外线、亚硝基胍、光敏试剂8-MOP处理等多种理化方法选育衣康酸高产菌株。所得菌株T730在含蔗糖10％的培养基中,于30～35℃在10L发酵罐中培养约66h,产酸率达6.6％,糖酸转化率达66％。该菌株转化率高、稳定性好,具有很大的生产应用价值。

This paper described the treatment of Asp. terreus NRRL1960 by Co60 irradiation, UV irradiation, NTG and 8-MOP. The strain T730 selected from the mutants was able to accumulate itaconic acid about 6.6 g/100 mL in the medium with 10% initial sugar in 10L fermentor at 30-35! for about 66 hrs, and its conversion rate reached 66%. Results suggested that the strain T730 has large potential application value for its stable high productivity of itaconic acid.
