摘要
我国正在进行全面的电力体制改革 ,并将重点建立区域电力市场。文中结合国外经验对我国区域电力市场的可能模式进行了研究和分析 ,提出了分散、集中、分层 3种模式 ,分析了这些模式在我国具体条件下如何运营 。
A comprehensive reform of power industry is in process in China, and regional power markets (RPM) will be established. The operation modes of RPM are studied and analyzed, in which distributed mode, centralized mode and hierarchical mode are proposed based on overseas experiences. The issues, such as the operation of these modes and the allocation of transmission charges under the condition of RPM in China, are discussed.
