摘要
以食品加工为背景,提出了一种基于计算机控制技术的温度控制方案。给出了该系统的基本组成、功能、方案设计以及软硬件的实现,该系统实现了数据通讯、集散控制以及数据管理。实践证明,系统运行稳定可靠,提高了食品加工技术的自动化水平。
Gives a temperature control method, which is used in food production ,based on the computer control theory. The basic composition, function and the plan design of the system are introduced in detail, meanwhile the design philosophy of hardware and software are expounded. The system realized data communications, distributed control,and data management. The running result shows that the control system is reliable in application and nice in control and prompts the automatic level of food production.
