摘要
针对碳 /KH— 30 4复合材料构件的开口补强技术进行了研究。采用了平板轴压稳定性试验方法 ,对边框形补强件、开口未补强件及未开口平板试件的抗压性能进行了比较。结果表明 ,环向铺层可以提高补强效果 ;补强区选择模量低的材料有利于提高构件的承载能力 ;缝纫工艺的引入减少了孔边的剥离应力 ,也可以明显提高构件的承载能力 ;
Open hole strengthening techniques for graphite/KH 304 composite structural component are investigated.Axial compression stability test is selected for plates with circular open hole,and strengthened open hole as wall as no open hole.Experimental results show that circular layer and using materils with relative low modulus can promote strengthening effect,and sewing technique may reduce peeling stress,along hole edge and increase structural component′s carrying capacity,and second bonding may simplify the strengthening process for composite structural components.
