摘要
本文以Sn作为模拟合金 ,测定了有无电磁制动条件下结晶器的二维速度分布。实验结果表明 :电磁制动对于减轻液面波动 ,改善薄板坯连铸结晶器内的流场有明显效果。此项工作对于板坯连铸结晶器电磁制动器的设计和工艺参数的确定具有一定的参考价值。
In this paper,using Sn as simulated metal,the distribution of the two-dimensional velocities in sheet billet crystallizer with EMBR and without EMBR were measured by two-dimensional velocity measurement apparatus,the movement principle of flow patterns and the effects of EMBR were also tested.Meanwhile,the effects of intensity of magnetic,nozzle angle,casting pullspeed on the flow patterns and the quality of casting were discussed,the law of new EMBR and the braked effects were analyzed.The experimental results showed that on the one hand EMBR could restrain whirling fluid,lighten the surface fluctuation of the liquid and improve the flow patterns in sheet billet casting crystallization.andon.On the other,EMBR could greatly decreased the impact depth of molten steel and the impact of molten steel to solidified shell of narrow face.The work of this paper had great reference significance in the designing of EMBR of the thin slab casting mold and in the defining of the technological parameters.
