An approach to a decision model of plant investment

公共设施投资的成本与产生的社会福利如何比较 ,社会效益的提高有多大等等一系列基本问题为政府所关心。这一问题的解决需要通过结合公共经济学的原理与近几年出现的一些新观点作出系统的可行性分析模型加以解决。

A number of basic problems of how to compare the cost of plant investment and the effect of social welfare, how much is the inerease in social benefits, etc are concerned by the government. These problems shall be solved by integrating the principle of publie economics with systematic feasibility analytical model. This paper explores a decision model of plant investment based on the theory of public economics combining with some new viewpoints of the author.
