摘要
研制了一种单片微机控制的初级手弧焊工训练模拟器,它是机电一体化的焊工训练仿真装置。利用该装置,不需要焊接设备、焊条和钢板,就可完成对手弧焊工基本操作技术的培训。它可以模拟焊条的熔化过程和熔池的二维运动;检测和计算模拟焊条的空间位置和姿态;判断焊工操作是否符合规范,并由电弧声模拟与报警系统及时反馈给焊工,同时记录操作过程中失误的次数。本文介绍了该训练器的工作原理、硬件结构及控制软件。
A single-chip microcomputer-controlled SMAW (shielded metal arc welding) welder trainer is developed. It is a type of mechatronics simulator for welder training. By using this equipment, welder training for elementary SMAW operation technigue can be accomplished without welding equipment, electrode or steel workpiece. It can simulate the melting process of electrode and the travelling of the molten pool, detect and determine the position and the inclination of the simulated electrode, judge whether the operation of the trainee is in accordance with the standards. The simulated arc sound and alarm signal are fed back to the traince for real-time controlling, and the number of times of operating fault is recorded simullaneously. In this paper the system structure, working principle and computer program arc introduced.
