The Influence of the Entry into the WTO on Economic Crimes and Countermeasures

入世后我国经济犯罪将表现出以下特点:1.犯罪主体和犯罪对象将变得复杂;2.金融犯罪将增加;3.侵犯知识产权犯罪将日益受到重视;4.跨境犯罪、中介型犯罪增加。为此,应采取以下对策:1.提高对入世重要性的认识,认真学习世贸知识;2.积极调研入世后的犯罪形势,提高监控能力;3.加强力度,打击突出经济犯罪;4.加强国际警务合作,打击跨境跨国经济犯罪。

After the entry into the WTO,economic crimes in China will show a tendency of complicated subjects and objects of crimes,increasing financial crimes,crime of intellectual property infringement being valued,increasing transnational and interme -diary crimes.For this reason we should take the following countermeasures:Firstly,we should deepen our understanding of the importance of the entry into the WTO and make a serious study of the relevant knowledge;Secondly,we should investigate and research into the situation of crimes after the entry of the WTO so as to control them;Thirdly,we should reinforce the momen-tum of cracking down on some serious economic crimes;Lastly,we should strengthen international cooperation in police affairs for attacking transnational economic crimes.
