诚实信用原则是民事诉讼中道德原则的法律化,它既能协调诉讼主体的行为,也能协调法院的审判行为,从而保证诉讼的顺利进行,实现诉讼中的公平、公正。为此,在我国民事诉讼法中确立该原则是很有必要性的。

Principle of good faith is a legal moral principle in civil procedure,which can coordinate the trial activity of a court as well as the activity of action subjects,thus making the civil procedure go on smoothly and realizing justice and equity.There-fore,it's necessary to establish this principle in the Civil Procedure Law of China.
