培养复合型的人才,就是要在传授知识的同时培养智能,将现代教育的三大方法结合运用,改革以前的教学形式,在课堂教学上向学生传授知识,达到培养智能的目的,在教学实践中教会学生运用知识,达到强化智能的目的。

This paper discuss that we should not only impart knowledge to students but also develop their intellectual abilities for training compound talents.It's also necessary to reform former teaching methods by applying some modern educational meth-ods to our classroom education and practical teaching.
