摘要
利用自制的摩擦焊机及特殊设计的夹具对铝合金(LD31)薄壁管与不锈钢(1Cr18Ni9Ti)薄壁管进行了摩擦焊接研究。探讨了摩擦压力及摩擦时间等工艺参数和焊后加热温度、保温时间对接头力学性能的影响。
The friction welding of thin walled tubes of stainless steel and aluminium alloy was accomplished with a specially designed fixture on a selfbuilt friction welding machine. The influence of welding pressure nnd time as well as the post-weld heating temperature and time on the mechanical properties of the joints was investigated.
