摘要
目的 :探讨中药复方固本通络冲剂治疗实验性IgA肾病的作用机理。方法 :采用口服 0 1%牛血清白蛋白及静注葡萄球菌肠毒素B制成的小鼠IgA肾病模型。分成正常组、模型组、固本通络冲剂治疗组、潘生丁治疗组共 4组。观察治疗前后肾组织病变 ,放免法检测肾组织匀浆内 6K -PGF1α及TXB2 的含量。结果 :经固本通络冲剂治疗后 ,肾组织损害减轻 ,6K -PGF1α明显上升 ,而TXB2 明显下降 ,潘生丁能明显降低TXB2 含量 ,而对 6K -PGF1α未见明显作用。结论 :固本通络冲剂减轻肾病理损害的作用机理可能与提高肾组织 6K -PGF1α,降低TXB2
Objective:To discuss the treatmernal mechanism of gubentonglou infusion on experimental IgA nephropathy.Method:IgA nephropathy model was induced by oral 0.1% BSA and intravenous SEB.Mice were devided into four groups:normal,model,treatment and control groups observing the pathologic changes of kidney,determinating the 6k-PGF 1α and TXB 2 content in renal tissue by RIA.Results:The renal tissue damage was obviously abated after treated by gubentonglou infusion,the level of 6k-PGF 1α increased and TXB 2 decreased significantly,the content of TXB 2 was decreased in control group,the content of 6K-PGF 1α had no change.Conclusion:The Mechanism of gubentonglou infusion abating the renal pathological injury could be related to the increasing of 6K-PGF 1α and decreasing of TXB 2 in renal tissue.
