北京住院和社区冠心病患者对有关知识需求的评估

Needs Assessment of Coronary Heart Disease Information among Inpatients and Community Patients in Beijing

目的 了解北京住院和社区冠心病患者对有关冠心病知识的需求及所需信息的排序。方法 对北京市 3所医院的住院冠心病患者及生活在 3个社区的冠心病患者共 1 0 0人进行问卷调查 ,了解他们对有关冠心病知识的需求及对这些知识需要的排序。结果 住院患者对冠心病知识需求的得分总分高于社区患者。两类患者均重视有关心脏解剖、生理、冠心病危险因素、冠心病用药、饮食、活动、心理因素等知识 ;但两类患者对不同知识的需求程度各异 ,如住院患者对心脏解剖、生理知识的需求高于社区患者 ,社区患者将冠心病风险因素置于知识需求的第一位。结论 住院的和社区的冠心病患者对有关冠心病防治知识均有迫切需求 ,但对不同信息需求的程度不同。

Objective To investigate the needs for coronary heart disease information and sequencing of needs for information on different subjects among inpatients and patients living in communities with coronary heart disease in Beijing.MethodsA questionnaire survey with 24 questions was conducted among 100 patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized in 3 hospitals and living in 3 communities in Beijing.Results The total score related to information needs was larger among inpatients than community patients.Both groups of patients paid attention to the information about anatomy and physiology of heart, risk factors, medicine, diet, exercise, and psychological factors of coronary heart disease, etc.However, the two kind of patients gave priority to different information.Community patients paid first priority to risk factors of coronary heart disease.Inpatients paid more attention to anatomy and physiology of heart than community patients.Conclusion Inpatients and community patients with coronary heart disease need relevant information urgently.Relevant health education strategies should be developed in the light of the investigation
