Estabish Advanced Quality System for Center of Diseases Prevent and Control Organization

目的 我国加入WTO后 ,疾病预防控制系统检测机构的质量管理体系已不能适应市场经济的需要。必须进行管理创新 ,建立先进的、符合本单位实际的质量管理体系。方法 按照ISO/IEC 170 2 5 :1999《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》中有关建立检测实验室质量体系的要素为指导 ,建立、维持和运行质量体系。结果 完成人员的培训、教育 ,确定质量方针、目标 ,设定机构、分配质量职能 ,制订质量体系文件。结论 质量体系文件制订完成后 ,即标志质量管理体系的建立 ,进入质量体系的运行和维持阶段。

Objective After taking part in the WTO, it is not match for the requirement of the market economy that the laboratory quality administration system of organization of diseases prevent and control. We must take management innovation and establish an advanced and practical quality system. Methods Under the guiding of ISO/IEC 17025:1999 《General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories》, we establish and maintain and operate the quality administration system. Results The persons are trained, the quality guideline and objective is confirmed, the organization is enacted, the quality function is apportioned, the quality management system documents are compiled. Conclusion After finishing the quality system documents, it's symbol of establishing the quality management system, we can enter in the step of operating and maintaining the quality system. We need to apply for the lab accreditation of China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories (CNAL).
