摘要
Cd^(2+)与乙二醛-双-(2-羟基缩苯胺)所成配合物在水溶液中极不稳定,立即退色,无法测定其吸光度.本文试验了混合增效分析试剂(Triton X-100+PVA+CTMAB)对此体系的增稳、增敏和增溶作用.在此三种增效分析试剂的协同作用下,使体系可稳定20min以上,表观摩尔吸光系数达1.12×10~4 L.mol^(-1)·Cm^(-1),有可能应用于分析实践.并初步探讨了有关机理.
In the aqueous solution the complex formed by Cd(Ⅱ) with glyoxal-bis-(2-hydroxyaniline) is very unstable and its color disappears so fast that one can not measure its absorbance. In this paper the effect of stabilization; sensitization and solubilization for the mixed analytical enhancing agent (Triton X-100 + PVA-f CTMAB) on the system was studied. By the synergism of Triton X-100, PVA and CTMAB, the system became stable more than 20 min. and its molar absorptivity was 1.12 ×104.1.mol-1·cm-1, rendering the system used in analytical practice. The mechanism of the synergistic effect was also studied preliminarily.
