摘要
目的 研究线栓法所致大鼠局灶性脑缺血 /再灌注后脑水肿的时程变化。方法 用线栓法 ,制造大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞的脑缺血 /再灌注动物模型 ,采用干湿称重法测定脑缺血 /再灌注后 ,不同时刻大鼠损伤侧脑组织的含水量。结果 脑缺血 3h后 ,大鼠损伤侧脑组织含水量开始增高 ,随着再灌注的进行 ,脑组织含水量继续缓慢增高 ,至再灌注 4h时显著升高 ,直至再灌注 16h时达到最高。结论 线栓法所致大鼠局灶性脑缺血 /再灌注后 ,脑水肿的程度在
Objective To investigate the time courses of brain edama after the focal cerebral ischemia and postischemic reperfusion induced by a suture method in rats. Methods The rat model of focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion was induced by middle cerebral artery occlusion using a suture method, and cerebral water content of the ischemic hemisphere was measured using wet and dry weight method. Results Cerebral water content of the ischemic hemisphere increased at the 3rd hour after cerebral ischemia. It continued increasing slowly as reperfusion progressing,obviously increased at the 4th hour, and peaked at the 16th hours after reperfusion. Conclusion Brain edema was aggravated gradually within 16 hours after the focal cerebral ischemia and postischemic reperfusion induced by a suture method in rats.
