间接征象对支气管内膜结核和中央型肺癌的鉴别诊断价值

Differentiational Diagnosis Value of the Indirect Signs to the Bronchi TB and Central Lung Cancer

目的 :评价间接征象对支气管内膜与中央型肺癌的鉴别诊断价值。材料和方法 :收集 1 0 3例支气管内膜结核患者和 40例中央型肺癌患者治疗前的CT资料和临床资料进行比较分析。结果 :支气管内膜结核并发肺部结核灶、支气管播散灶的比例明显高于中央型肺癌。纵隔肺门淋巴结增大 (未钙化 )较多见于中央型肺癌。结论 :支气管播散灶、纵隔肺门淋巴结增大、结核灶 。

Purpose:To evaluate the value of some imaging in differentiation between EBTB and central lung cancer.Materials and Methods:103 cases of EBTB were examined with HRCT,40 cases of central lung cancer were examined with HRCT.Results:Pulmonary TB of EBTB was significantly greater than that of central lung cancer.Enlarged (without calcification) hilar or mediastinal lymph nodes of central lung cancer was significantly greater than that of EBTB.Bronchogenic spread of EBTB was significantly greater than that of central lung cancer.Conclusion:Pulmonary TB?enlarged hilar and mediastinal limph nodes?bronchogenic spread,to a certain degree,are helpful to differentiate EBTB and central lunmg cancer.
